Turn Meetings into Momentum

Said in the meeting. Written in the minutes.

Teams, Google Meet and Zoom meetings become speaker-labelled transcripts, structured minutes, and assigned action items.

Capture

Three ways to get a meeting in.

Record

Record a meeting in the room straight from the app, on desktop or phone.

Pause and resume. If the tab closes before the upload, the recording is recovered.

Upload

Drop in an audio or video file of a meeting that already happened.

MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4 or WebM.

Live meeting bot

Paste a Teams, Google Meet or Zoom link. The bot joins as a named guest, posts a notice in the chat, and the minutes are written when the meeting ends.

Minutes

A draft you check before anyone sees it.

Minutes arrive as a draft with a summary, decisions, action items and open questions, each tied to the moment it was said. Edit what needs fixing, then approve.

  • Speaker-labelled, timestamped transcript alongside
  • Gaps in the recording are flagged, not papered over
AI recap

The whole meeting on one page.

Draw a recap card from finished minutes: key figures, decisions and action items laid out as a single picture. Choose from eight card styles, or set one as the organisation default.

Action items

Every task leaves with a name and a date.

When the meeting names an owner or a deadline, it goes on the task. Track status on one board across every meeting, and update it from your phone.

Ask your meetings

Ask about one meeting or across all of them, and get an answer with the quotes it rests on.

Templates

Steer emphasis and tone for each kind of meeting. Built-in rules keep minutes to what was actually said.

Share and export

Invite people with view or edit access, or download the minutes as PDF, Word or Markdown.

How it works

From the first word to a shared decision.

  1. 01

    Capture

Record, upload a file, or send the bot to the call.

  2. 02

    Transcribe

Speech becomes text, labelled by speaker and timestamped.

  3. 03

    Draft minutes

Summary, decisions and open questions, written to your template.

  4. 04

    Assign actions

Tasks go to the board with owners and due dates.

  5. 05

    Approve and share

Review the draft, approve it, then share or export.

Security

Meetings stay with the people who should see them.

  • Four roles. Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Members see their own meetings and the ones shared with them.
  • Restricted by default. Public links are opt-in, can carry an access code, and stop the moment they are revoked.
  • A bot everyone can see. It joins under a name that says it's recording and posts a notice in the meeting chat.
  • Admin controls. Retention, templates, API keys and a full activity log sit with admins.
Integrations

Connect it to the tools you already run.

API reference
Slack

Minutes in your channel

Finished minutes arrive as a message in the Slack channel you choose: summary, decisions and action items, with a link back to the meeting.

Jira

Action items become issues

One button on an action item creates the Jira issue and keeps its link on the task, so the same job is never filed twice. Nothing is created automatically.

Microsoft Teams · Power Automate

A summary card for your channel

The API hands a flow a ready-made card of the meeting: title, figures, decisions and action items. Receive the webhook, fetch the card, post it.

Scheduled bot

Recurring meetings, covered

Give the bot a meeting link and a start time once: one-off, every day, every weekday or every week. It joins a little before the meeting starts.

API keys · webhooks

Build on your meetings

Admins issue scoped API keys and signed webhooks from Integrations, so other systems can pick up minutes and action items.

MCP

Ask from your AI assistant

Claude and other MCP clients can list your meetings, read the minutes and update action items.

Integrations depend on your plan, and an admin sets each one up under Integrations.

Send the bot to a meeting. Poll GET /api/v1/meetings/:id, or wait for the webhook.

FAQ

Questions teams ask first.

Anything else? Write to us or read the guides.

Which meeting platforms does the bot join?

Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom, from a pasted meeting link. For anything else, record in the room from the app or upload the recording afterwards.

Do participants know they are being recorded?

Yes. The bot joins under a name that says it is recording and posts a notice in the meeting chat. There is no hidden mode.

Can we check the minutes before they go out?

Minutes always arrive as a draft. Edit anything, then approve. Approval is recorded, and a mom.approved webhook can tell your other systems.

Who can see a meeting?

Members see their own meetings and the ones shared with them; admins see the whole organisation. Viewers can read but not create. Public links are off until someone turns one on, and they can be revoked at any time.

How long are recordings and minutes kept?

Admins decide. Audio, transcripts and whole meetings each have their own retention period. Sign-ins, edits, approvals, downloads and sharing are written to the activity log.

What if the recording has gaps?

Stretches the transcription could not cover are recorded as gaps and shown on the meeting, so nobody mistakes a partial record for a complete one. Webhooks carry them too.

How do we get started?

Tell us how your team meets in the form below and we'll set up a workspace. Your admin then adds people and picks their roles. Already have an account? Sign in.
